Mario Marques is CEO of Lausanne City Football Club.

Born in 1988, he is a graduate of a business school, where he acquired solid skills in business management. He continued his training with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources, as well as in Sports Club Management, which gives him a global and strategic vision in his current role.

He began his career in Human Resources. He developed significant expertise as a Payroll Specialist, where he had to manage payroll processing for both Swiss and international institutions, which enabled him to understand the challenges and financial stakes of the business.

Football is more than just a passion. After many years as a player, he returned to the world of football as an advisor to sports managers, providing his expertise and strategic advice.

As CEO of Lausanne City, his vision is to grow the club while passing on his core values and vision of dynamic and inclusive football. His leadership and commitment to the club are aimed at strengthening its impact in the world of sport and fostering the development of young talent.
