RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Items purchased in the shop may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returned goods must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition. If the quality of the goods is impaired, we reserve the right to refuse a refund accordingly. Personalised products made to order cannot be returned. Please take care to use the correct spelling and select the correct size. We reserve the right to refuse to print jerseys that we consider or could be construed as offensive or abusive and/or likely to infringe our corporate and/or personal intellectual property rights.
How do I return my order?
You must return your order by post using the enclosed returns label.
How should I pack the goods I intend to return?
We advise you to return your items using the packaging in which your order was delivered. If you are unable to do this, please find a plain, unmarked cardboard box that ensures the return arrives in good condition. Drop off your package at a post office. Please keep the postal receipt until you receive an email informing you that the return has been received in our warehouse.
How do I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund via the same payment method you selected when ordering. Credit card, DIRECTebanking, iDeal, PayPal: The refund will automatically be made to the respective account. Payment by invoice: Please provide us with your bank details. You can provide this information to the customer service team.
When do I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of all returns, our warehouse will process the items and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will credit the corresponding amount to your account within 14 days after the confirmation. How long it takes for your refund to arrive on your account depends on your bank or credit provider.
Can I exchange items?
We are currently unable to offer an exchange service. If you would like to receive an item in a different colour or size, please return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.
What are the shipping costs?
Switzerland: CHF 8.50
(free of charge for orders over CHF 75)
Rest of the world: €30
(free with an order value of more than 100 €)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched and depending on stock availability, it will be delivered between 15 and 30 days.
Will I receive a notification once my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. This e-mail will contain a tracking number that you can use to follow the status of your delivery online.
Please note that the shipping number will not be active until it has been entered and updated by the shipping service provider. This means that if your tracking number does not work immediately, please try again later.
