SIZE GUIDE
To check your size for any Nike branded product, please use the Size Guide tool on the product pages. Please note that recommendations are based on the information provided.
MEN (Nike tops)
The measurements given in the size guide correspond to the measurements of the different parts of the body. Find the right size for you in the table below.
Size advice
Long tops (183 to 196 cm): 4.5 cm longer than traditional tops. Sleeve length is adjusted in proportion to body shape. Long sizes are only available for certain models.
If your measurements straddle two sizes, choose the smaller size for a more fitted fit, or the larger size for a looser fit. If your bust size and waist size are two different sizes, order the size that corresponds to your bust size.
How do you measure?

CHEST: measure around the widest part of the chest, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist circumference: measure around the narrowest part of the waist (usually below the ribs), keeping the tape horizontal.

HIPS: measure around the widest part of the hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
MEN (Nike shorts & trousers)
The measurements given in the size guide correspond to the measurements of the different parts of the body. Find the right size for you in the table below.
Size advice
Long cut sizes (183 to 196 cm): the inseam is 5 cm longer and the waist 1.5 cm longer than our standard cut.
Long sizes are only available on certain models. Crotch length is the length of the garment from the crotch seam to the bottom hem. Information on inseam length is available on each product page.
If one of your measurements falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a more fitted fit, or the larger size for a looser fit. If your hips and waist are two different sizes, order the size indicated for the hips.
How do you measure?

Top sizes (5'8‘-6’/173-183 cm approx.): 1.75"/5 cm longer (approx.) than regular tops. Sleeve lengths are adjusted proportionally to fit the body. Larger sizes are only available for selected styles.
If you are on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a more fitted fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your bust and waist measurements correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your bust measurement.

BUST: measure around the widest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

SIZE: measure around the narrowest part (generally where your body leans from side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

HIPS: measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
WOMEN (Nike shorts & trousers)
The measurements shown on the size chart are body measurements. Find your correct size in the chart below.
Nike maternity sizes (M) are true to pre-pregnancy sizes.
Size advice
Short stocking sizes (5'4"/163 cm approx. and under): The inseam is 2‘/5 cm (approx.) shorter in length and 3/8’/1 cm (approx.) shorter in height than our regular fit.
High stocking sizes: (173-183 cm/5'8‘-6’ approx): The inseam is 2‘/5 cm (approx) longer in length and ½’/1 cm (approx) longer in height than our classic cut.
High and short sizes are only available for selected styles. Inseam refers to the length of the garment from the crotch seam to the hem. Please find style-specific inseam details on the product page.
